At Cutters Landscaping, our entire process is centered on getting you exactly what you need. From the initial consultation, all the way to the final walkthrough, your satisfaction is highly valued by our entire team. We partner with you every step of the way to make sure you stay informed, and any questions you may have are answered.
The Divide
The first step in our process can actually look three different ways:
- Know exactly what you want and need an estimate? We will send someone from our team out to your property and give you a bid. Move to step 3!
- Want a custom design but want to make sure it’s within your budget? Someone from our team will look at your site and work with you to ensure that what you’re looking for is within budget. Move to step 2!
- Ready for us to get designing? So are we! Move to step 2!
Design Development & Revisions
Work with our design team to generate the plans for your new outdoor oasis. Starting with an on-site consultation, our designers take your initial ideas and guide you through their process to create a unique landscape design tailored to you and your home. An additional revision is usually all it takes to get the plan looking just how you want it, and our designs always include cost estimates so you can budget for your project accordingly!
Approval & Scheduling
You’ll be working with our team to talk about the cost of the project. We have the ability to add or remove line items based on budget. After you approve the estimate and sign it electronically, we’ll move you over to scheduling. The time between estimate approval and build start is typically one to two months with busy season nearing three.
Initial Walkthrough & Build
Once the project is close to its start date, we’ll schedule an initial walkthrough of your property. Our team will meet with you to go over all of the details. This is also where we will exchange contact information with the project manager, so you can have an open line of communication with our crews. Once the walkthrough is completed and a crew comes available we will begin the build process. This usually happens within one to three business days after the initial walkthrough.
Final Walkthrough
Welcome to your new favorite spot! We will schedule a walkthrough with every decision maker from the initial consultation to view the final product, go over the project checklist, and make sure that you are satisfied.
We will also provide you with any and all information necessary for maintenance, to make sure that you are informed and prepared to care for your new, beautiful landscape.
